Factors Affecting Consumer Attitudes And Behavior

Consumers are a group of individuals (individuals and households) who buy and consume goods or services for personal and family interests or for the purpose of purchasing lain. Consumers decision to buy or not buy a behavioral response of consumers received stimulants. The model is based on the current process of consumer behavior is often known as a model stimulus-response.

Stimulant which is a behavioral process is divided based on the input stimuli from marketers and marketing of environmental stimuli consumer it self. While the decision making process is influenced by consumers' personal and social factors. The response of consumer behavior can be a factor that can form a buying decision (next purchase) or do not make a purchase (refuse the products offered).

Stimulation of marketing from marketers that can influence consumer attitudes and behavior that is all marketing activities that include inducements to communications about particular products being offered. Marketers can engage in activities that can be used as consumer behavior modification techniques. Various technical modifications that may affect consumer attitudes and behavior is through some aspects of marketing including product aspects, aspects of pricing, and promotional aspects.

These factors include the marketing aspect stimulant product quality improvements, modifications, new product models, display a more attractive product that is an example of aspects of the product. Stimulation factors aspects include providing cheap prices, discounts, credit granting. These factors include the stimulant aspect of the ad campaign as attractive as possible, promotion through publicity in various media, sales promotion girl procurement.

After discussing the factors that influence consumer attitudes and behavior of the marketers, there are also factors that come from the environment. Consumers can easily be affected by their external environment. Circum stances that may affect them, covering their economic conditions, technological developments current and cultural conditions of someone in their environment. Some examples is the level of income a person, a person consumption levels, the new product innovation, the tradition of hereditary person, a person's social class and their social needs.

However, the decision to consume an item on a consumer's own self. These things can be a motivational person, a person's perception, understanding a consumer for the products they choose, the level of trust and consumer loyalty for a product and a consumer's own personality in choosing a product.
