How To Enter Global Marketing In License

The economic crisis that has struck the United States was enough to give impact and a huge impact around the world including Indonesia. Rights granted by the licensor to the licensee could exclusive monopoly rights within a territory or nonekslusif. A licensor allows a foreign firm producing a product for sale within the State Licensee and sometimes in other countries that are determined. Licensing is a powerful way plausible if firms have some type of asset private property, such as the patented product or technology, trademark, or brand name companies want to take advantage of it an international scale without spending resources on international operations.

Under the license agreement, the licensor or the licensor or licensee allow other companies to use its intellectual property through an exchange with the compensation designated as royalties. KBBI defines entrepreneur as "a clever or talented to identify new products, develop new ways of producing, arranging procurement operations for new products, manage capital operations, and marketing it".

Louis Jacques Filion described the entrepreneur as an imaginative person, which is characterized by its ability to set goals and reach those goals. He also has a high awareness to find opportunities and make decisions.
